I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. You may be able to get reimbursed by your insurance company or through Thrizer for therapy services, and I can provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
What other therapeutic techniques do you use?
In addition to ETT, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) into my practice. These evidence-based approaches complement ETT and help you develop coping strategies, build resilience, and enhance self-awareness.
What are your rates and payment options for individual therapy?
My standard rate is $250 per session. Payment is accepted through various methods, including credit card, bank transfer, and some health savings accounts (HSAs). Please inquire about payment plans or sliding scale options if needed.
Do you provide therapy to clients outside the United States?
At this time I only work with therapy clients who live in the states of New York or Texas.
