Groups Available
  Existential OCD Support  
This group is for adults who struggle with intrusive & obsessive thoughts about the meaning of life and who experience great uncertainty related to their existence.  
Adult Children of Immigrants  
  This group is for adult children of immigrant parents who identify with the unique challenges of growing up in American culture.  
 PBH Group  
 This psychoenergetic biofield healing (PBH) group is for adults who are experiencing physical or emotional issues and are open to energy healing.

Things to know...

Groups are run in 8-week increments. All group members are expected to attend each session unless other agreements have been made with the group facilitator.

Each group member is screened during an individual intake session before entering the group to ensure a safe space is created for everyone.

All group sessions are held virtually via Zoom for 60 minutes unless otherwise specified.
