No. This offering is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. The Emotional Transformation Intensive does not involve diagnosis, treatment planning, or the establishment of a therapeutic relationship.
What is an Emotional Transformation Intensive?
This is a three-hour, one-on-one guided experience focused on helping you engage with emotional patterns held in the subconscious and nervous system. It is a contained, intentional experience rather than ongoing support.
You do not need to be “perfectly regulated,” but you should feel capable of engaging in deep emotional reflection without immediate clinical support. This intensive is not designed to replace crisis services or ongoing therapeutic care.
Not exactly. While this session includes guidance and reflection, it is not performance coaching or goal-oriented life coaching. The focus is internal, on emotional processing, perception, and meaning rather than external outcomes or behavior modification.
No. This intensive is best understood as complementary, not a replacement for psychotherapy. If you are currently in therapy, you are encouraged to discuss this experience with your therapist to ensure continuity of care.
If you’re seeking:
This intensive may be a good fit. If you are seeking clinical care, therapy may be more appropriate.
Is this spiritual or religious?
This work is spiritually informed but not religious. Spiritual language may be used to explore meaning, inner truth, and self-connection, but no specific belief system is required.
Is this offered virtually or in person?
This intensive is currently offered virtually via a secure video platform.
Do you offer therapy as well?
Yes. Separate from this offering, I provide psychotherapy services only to clients located in states where I am licensed: New York and Texas. Those services are offered under a different structure, informed consent, and scope of practice.
